OPEN STUDIO

As a social practice artist, I helped faciliate a beautiful community partnership between Roundabout Theatre Company & the Queens Public Library at Flushing.  In the Fall of 2024, an intergenerational group of participants met to develop a community theatre ensemble, using David Henry Hwang's work of "Yellowface" as a core curriculum to begin to work together.  As a result, on Oct 30th, 2024 the Flushing Library Players were born!
